Improving Cardiac Health for Maryland Seniors
DFMC is a partner in the Million Hearts campaign, a joint initiative of CMS, the American Heart Association, and other national stakeholders designed to improve the heart health of Americans. Million Hearts strives to reduce cardiac risk factors, such as hypertension, smoking, and high cholesterol and increase heart-healthy behaviors, such as aspirin therapy for selected patients.
