Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Sexton
As QHS’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sexton oversees QHS’s financial management business process. A senior executive with more than 25 years experience in financial management and accounting, Mr. Sexton has considerable expertise in the defense markets and experience managing acquisitions through due diligence, process, acquisition, and integration into the acquiring company.
Prior to joining QHS, Mr. Sexton spent 10 years with Cobham Defense Systems as CFO/Finance Director of Cobham Sensor Systems and M/A-Com with annual revenue of over $200 million. A proven professional, he was part of a management team that won the Maryland US Senate Productivity award in 2003. Before working at Cobham, Mr. Sexton spent over 12 years with Adams Russell —M/A-Com as Facility Controller/Finance Manager. In that role he managed Finance, IT, and Security departments for a $50 million business unit. He also spent time with Raytheon handling financial management of a number of domestic and international operations.
Mr. Sexton earned his Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from Babson College, Wellesley, Massachusetts.
