Thomas Jackson, MBA
Mr. Jackson has been with Quality Health Strategies as Chief Administrative Officer since October 2010, and has provided leadership to the Maryland QIO since November 2010.
Mr. Jackson has more than 15 years of experience in the quality improvement organization (QIO) arena, beginning in 1993 with HealthInsight for Utah and Nevada, where he served as the Vice President of Operations. He also served as Vice President, Medicare and Medicaid operations, for the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care in Little Rock. Prior to coming to QHS Mr. Jackson served as the Executive Director, Medicare Operations, for HSAG of California. He was responsible for the start-up of the company and oversight of its newly awarded Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) California Medicare QIO contract. Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and his Masters in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
