The maximum size of the Board will not exceed 15 members. The term of office of each Trustee shall be no longer than three (3) years; said Trustees shall serve staggered terms. A Trustee may serve a maximum of two (2) three (3) year terms, for a total of six (6) years. Members are seated January 1 of each year. Typically one third of the Board is appointed each year. The Board of Trustees meet quarterly. Compensation is $450.00 per meeting.
